This year in studio arts I’ve been given the opportunity to use a great amount of acrylic paint and color. I found myself using similar colorful palettes such a greens, yellow and blue. I’m an advocate for exploring creativity therefore was really excited about projects such as the canvas project in which I loved the outcome. I realized this past year that there has been a pattern in me drawing either fictional characters I made up or self portraits of myself showing and displaying a story which I feel is important to tell. I add a lot of hidden clues in my art in which I leave to the viewer to analyze and depict as they please.
