Stuck in Something Beautiful
In "Stuck in Something Beautiful," we follow Saskia, a high school junior, as she grapples with academic pressure and social challenges. However, amidst the chaos of adolescence, Saskia discovers an unexpected source of solace in the form of a neighborhood dog and the tranquility of nature. Through her journey, viewers will witness Saskia's evolution as she learns to appreciate the beauty in life's simplest moments.
For our project we wanted to portray a deeper meaning between life and how we view the world. the misunderstanding of teenagers today has inspired our film in the aspect of assumptions made by a broad spectrum of people, why not correct their perspective through our eyes?

Dead Weight
An Isolated loner, Godfrey, only has one constant in his life: the gym. It's his daily routine; it's his motivation. One day, his life takes a rare diversion outside the gym, where he finds himself in an unfamiliar situation.
The story of Dead Weight is the exploration of trying to find a better understanding of oneself. For us this was a full year project, we started working on it in September making the first part in the style of a mockumentary. With Spring Arts coming around we wanted to make a full blown narrative around the character Godfrey. We felt we could unravel further layers of his character, where Godfrey realizes his life isn’t dependent on one thing.

Eve, 0:30
A man meets his god while tending to his garden.
Eve is a small segment of a larger story about a farmer who is missing pieces of himself, so he uses his garden to grow them back. The project started with Tomate, a short story in which the farmer regrows his arm with a humanoid tomato he plants in his garden. The farmer is pursuing his metamorphosis with each subsequent part that his body regrows. While the woman he sees is not a part of his body, she acts as a vision of the enlightenment he is pursuing, and her watery disappearance illustrates the impossible ambiguity of the existence of a god at all.

Waiting For Him
The kindness of a young man sparks gratefulness into the community he lives around.
"My short film is intended to shine light on the simple acts of kindness and its powerful ripple effects within a community in a world that is often tainted by cynicism and personal gain. "Waiting For Him" is the title of this five-minute film, which explores the heart of a young man whose small deeds of generosity spread gratitude throughout the community he lives in. I aimed for this film to resonate with the concept of being an embodiment of global citizenship."
