This painting is inspired by Amsterdam, with a lot of colors, very bright tulips and lovely nature as those are characteristic elements of Amsterdam. The message is how wonderful nature can be, and that we should all take care of nature and the environment. The passion for nature is reflected on the colors of this painting, because both warm and cold colors are represented, for example like combining colors like red and blue to make the purple for the mountains which combine perfectly. It also displays Harley’s love for landscapes, the diversity of colors represent the wild nature and it mainly shows the beauty of the environment.
